What we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through the contact, advertising and newsletter forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and message. We also use necessary browser storage for preferences and locally saved comments.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, review tips, manage advertising requests and send the newsletter when that service launches. We do not sell submitted contact details.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are processed by our Vercel-hosted API and stored in Supabase for newsroom and business administration. We share information only with service providers needed to operate these systems, where required by law, or where necessary to protect people and the service.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and record keeping. We use access controls and server-side processing, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive material through ordinary forms.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw newsletter consent. Use the Contact page and include enough information for us to identify your request.
Third-party content
News pages may link to or embed content hosted by third parties, including video platforms and original publishers. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or interact with those services.
Contact and changes
This notice may change as the business and its services develop. Material changes will be reflected here. For privacy questions, contact the News Definition team through Contact Us.
